Travel Coordinator – Join Our Fast-Paced and Supportive Team!

We are now looking for an experienced Travel Coordinator for our client TOYOTA GAZOO Racing World Rally Team for a permanent, full-time position based in Jyväskylä, Finland.

TOYOTA GAZOO Racing World Rally Team (TGR-WRT) is a unique high-performance development and competition-oriented company based in Jyväskylä, Finland. TGR-WRT is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Toyota Motor Corporation and is the home of TOYOTA’s World Rally Championship works team as well as the headquarters for TOYOTA’s customer motorsport rally operations. The World Rally Team is operated by a dedicated team of 220 colleagues.

What you’ll be doing?

As our Travel Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in organizing business travel and handling various logistical tasks for our international team. From booking flights and trains to arranging hotel stays, rental cars, and everything in between, you ensure that our members get where they need to go.

You’ll manage travel arrangements for rallies, events, and individual business trips, while also supporting the team with other logistics-related duties. With so many moving parts, your problem-solving skills and ability to stay organized will make all the difference. And don’t worry – you won’t be doing it alone. You’ll be part of a genuinely supportive and energetic team that has each other’s backs, especially when things get hectic.

What helps you succeed in this role?

  • A relevant education and a solid background in business travel coordination or similar roles – at least a few years of hands-on experience
  • Understanding of flight pricing principles and familiarity with online travel booking tools – you know your way around systems and enjoy making things run smoothly; experience with Amadeus or CWT’s Cytric is a definite plus
  • A natural talent for bringing order to complex situations – you stay calm under time-sensitive conditions, handle multiple priorities, tolerate unfinished work, and keep things moving forward with a solution-oriented mindset and proactive approach
  • Strong communication skills – you’re the kind of person people enjoy working with, whether it’s colleagues or external partners
  • Fluency in English and Finnish are a must in our international environment – and if you happen to speak other languages, that’s definitely a bonus.
