We are specialised to personnel services for constructions and industry. We provide qualified employees for various needs easily, quickly and cost-efficiently.
We provide personnel subcontracting, labour leasing, recruiting and tailor made personnel services. Customer-orientation is the base of our operations.
We provide construction and metal workers from Poland, Slovakia, Romania, Bulgaria and Baltic Countries. There is available for example qualified welders, platers and CNC-machinists. From us you get both groups and individual workers.
Workers are leased labour, so they are employed by WorkPower Ltd and they work in our client companies. WorkPower Ltd handles all the practical arrangements: obligatory working permits, duties with officials, workers clothing, safety equipments, accommodation etc.
We make leasing foreign labour easy to our cooperatives! We serve our clients from our offices in Tampere, Helsinki, Pori, Jyväskylä, Lappeenranta, Kuopio and Tallinn.
